Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States.

How much is shipping?
Orders $95 or more ship free. Orders under $95 have a flat $8 shipping fee.

5:00 pm (Central Standard Time, CST). Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day.

Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.

Transit time is typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers depending on destination and logistics availability.

Do you provide tracking?
If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided once your order ships. Carrier updates may take time to appear.

Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment, you can request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on order status. After shipment, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
