Cancellation requests before shipment

You may request a cancellation before your order ships.

Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s status (for example, whether it has already entered fulfillment or has been packaged for carrier pickup).

To request cancellation, email info@luggveil.com with your order number as soon as possible.

After shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the item after it ships, please wait for delivery and then request a return within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refund Policy.
